Taiwan Design Week
29 November to 7 December, Taiwan
2025 marks the third edition of Taiwan Design Week, which hosts exhibitions, tours, talks and networking opportunities at the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park in Taipei.
This year, the festival follows the theme Design Next, outlining how design evolves and adapts, serving as a tool to support communities and care for the planet.

Miami art week
1 to 7 December, USA
Miami art week returns with a range of events, including art and design fairs, pop-up shops, open showrooms, product launches, talks and exhibitions.
Design Miami, Scope Art Show, Alcova Miami and Art Basel Miami Beach are among the event highlights, with participating brands including Kohler, Henge and IKEA.

Business of Design Week
3 to 5 December, Hong Kong
Business of Design Week is an annual conference taking place at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, hosting over 40 talks across three days.
30 speakers are taking part in the conference, including Italian architect Carlo Ratti, Italian designer Michele De Lucchi and German architect Ole Scheeren.
Chiang Mai Design Week
6 to 14 December, Thailand
The city of Chiang Mai in Thailand hosts an annual design festival in December, exploring a range of disciplines – woodwork, textiles, fashion, ceramics, drawing and cross-stitching – by local and international brands.
Over nine days, the city will be home to exhibitions, talks, performances, tours, workshops and markets.

Designtide Tokyo
6 to 21 December, Japan
Designtide Tokyo is an annual festival that hosts exhibitions and talks, this year located at Forest Hills West.
The event hosts its main exhibition, which features contemporary Japanese design projects by 26 makers, and the Class of 2025 exhibition, which presents the work of students.
