Hogai’s Flow Set Brings Movement + Freedom to the Modern Desk

  • by

If your desk is where you spend most of your waking hours, then you deserve for it to be a space that inspires – not just through order, but through form, texture, and color. Warsaw-based Hogai clearly agrees. With the launch of its new Flow Set, designed by Bartek Klepiński, Katarzyna Erkiert, and Patrycja Bruź-Soniewicka, the brand reimagines desk organization as an artful ritual. Made for the way we work now, which shifts between focus and flow, the collection transforms the everyday workspace into a a motivating setup that will stave off the Monday scaries.

Hogai understands that creativity thrives in the balance between chaos and control. “Creativity needs space, but also a frame,” shares the Polish design brand. “Flow Set is meant to give rhythm to the chaos of work without suppressing it.” adds Bruź-Soniewicka, Hogai’s Creative Director. It’s an approach that brings structure to the busiest desks while still leaving space for spontaneity and flow.

The Flow Set includes four powder-coated steel pieces – a document tray, pen tray, notebook tray, and phone stand – along with a compact notebook to complete the collection. Instead of sharp lines and strict geometry, Hogai opts for soft curves and organic contours, reminiscent of water-worn stones or gentle ripples on the surface of a pond. The matte, textured finish enhances that sculptural quality, giving each piece a sense of quiet presence rather than mere utility.

The organic forms don’t just look fluid – they encourage it. Each piece is designed to move with you throughout the day, whether you’re sliding the pencil tray closer during a brainstorm or moving the document tray away to clear space. Subtle curves and upturned edges make it easy to lift, shift, and rearrange without breaking your flow. Available in Burgundy Star, Cobalt Love, and Ecru Lady, the pieces offer a different energy to every setup – from bold and energizing to calm and grounding – reminding us that color can be just as functional as form.

For anyone looking to refresh their space – whether for focus or for aesthetics – the Flow Set offers both. With a few sculptural curves and a pop of color, even the most ordinary desk can feel newly inspiring.
