She holds a Master’s degree in Women’s Studies and is currently pursuing a PhD in Curriculum and Education at the University of Jordan. Dima has taught in international programs including IG, IB, and ACT and has led training on gender-sensitive classrooms, child protection, and innovative teaching strategies.
She is also a published author and active researcher; she explores themes of women’s empowerment, education, and community development. Through her dynamic leadership, Dima continues to inspire educators and learners, championing innovation, equity, and inclusion in education.
