BKREA’s Senior Vice President of Transactions Ryan Candel recently served as a virtual guest speaker for a Career Connections series hosted for students in Ithaca College’s Real Estate Club. This club exposes students to real estate since there isn’t a Real Estate Major at the school. During the session, Candel offered an engaging look into his professional journey in commercial real estate and provided actionable guidance for students preparing to enter the industry.

Candel discussed his career path, detailing his transition from working at a large public firm to his role today at BKREA, a smaller, highly specialized brokerage founded by industry veteran Bob Knakal.
