In this newly expanded role, Bello will lead the firm’s marketing, communications, and operations efforts, playing a crucial part in driving BKREA’s brand strategy and operational infrastructure as the company enhances its footprint in New York City’s commercial real estate market.
Taylor Bello has been with BKREA since its inception, most recently serving as the Director of Communications. In this capacity, she significantly contributed to the development of the firm’s marketing and communications platform, creating scalable systems and processes that fortified BKREA’s brand identity. Her leadership in these areas has supported the company’s business development and deal marketing initiatives.

Bello brings over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, having begun her career as a Public Relations intern at Massey Knakal Realty Services under Bob Knakal. She subsequently held various marketing and communications positions at industry leaders such as Cushman & Wakefield and JLL.
