Swedish firm White Arkitekter completed the wave-shaped concrete reservoir in Varberg, Sweden, elevated on nine columns. The tower was constructed to address the growing water demand in the municipality.
Commenters shared their thoughts on the reservoir, with one describing it as “brutal but wavuncular” and another asking, “how can we maximise the impact of this brutal structure on the landscape?”
