Flipside, also known as the Los Angeles Flipside Fanzine, was a punk publication based in Whittier and Pasadena, California, running from 1977 to 2002.

It was closely tied to its own label, Flipside Records, which began releasing vinyl records in 1978. Created by punk fans, the zine documented the independent and underground music scene across the United States. Over time, it grew from a simple photocopied fanzine into a professionally printed magazine with glossy covers. Spanning more than two decades, Flipside is celebrated as both a key record of punk history and a symbol of the movement’s DIY ethos.
