UK studio Foster+Partners has unveiled a master plan for an urban centre in Hangzhou, China, which will be centred around a skyscraper-flanked spine.
The project will be located in the Yuhang district next to the “infinity loop” skyscraper being designed by Danish studio BIG for OPPO.
