The Dezeen Jobs Top Companies list recognises studios and practices worldwide that excel in creating inspiring, inclusive and forward-thinking workplaces for their teams.
Setting a new benchmark for creative workplaces
Hosted on Dezeen Jobs, the world’s leading architecture and design recruitment site, the initiative sets a new benchmark for excellence in workplace culture. It highlights companies that prioritise leadership, wellbeing, flexibility, sustainability and professional growth, helping them to attract top global talent.
Entries are open to companies, studios and organisations in architecture, interiors or design with three or more employees.
Judging will focus on culture, inclusivity and employee support
Companies will be assessed on key aspects of workplace culture, social and environmental responsibility, work-life balance, diversity and inclusivity, employee benefits and opportunities for career development.
Winners will be announced in early 2026.

Companies have until 11 December 2025 to submit their entries. Late entries will be accepted until 18 December 2025.
