With only four weeks to go until entries close, now is the time to start your submission to be considered for inclusion in the Dezeen Jobs Top Companies 2026 list.
This annual initiative celebrates the best architecture and design workplaces around the world and will feature companies that are shaping a forward-thinking, supportive and inspiring environment for their teams.
Whether you’re a small emerging studio or a large international practice, Dezeen Jobs Top Companies 2026 will recognise a diversity of approaches to great workplace culture. You don’t need to excel in every area – instead, we’ll highlight those who stand out in specific areas of excellence, from wellbeing and flexibility to sustainability and inclusion.
The list will be published on Dezeen and Dezeen Jobs in early 2026, showcasing companies that set new standards for what it means to be a great place to work.
Entries close at midnight on 11 December 2025.
Set up a Dezeen Jobs employer account now and download the entry form from your employer dashboard. Our panel of judges (to be announced soon) will evaluate submissions across the following key criteria:
1) Company culture and values
How your company’s overall vision and core values foster a positive, creative and innovative culture.
2) Flexible working arrangements
The range of working models offered from hybrid or remote setups to four-day working weeks.
3) Leave and wellbeing policies
Initiatives that support mental, physical and emotional wellbeing across your team.
5) Equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI)
Approaches to diversity and inclusion, including pay gap reporting, representation goals or neurodiversity support.
6) Compensation and benefits
How your company rewards and supports its employees, including fair pay and benefits.
7) Career development and progressions
Opportunities for learning, mentorship, growth and recognition within our company.
8) Social responsibility and environmental sustainability
Commitments to reducing environmental impact and contributing positively to society.
