Since opening its doors in Newquay, Saunassa has welcomed over 20,000 visitors and built a community of more than 200 members, proving strong and consistent demand for accessible sauna and cold-water therapy. What began as a grassroots local concept has rapidly evolved into a scalable business model, underpinned by strong financial performance and clear operational systems.
