Michelle Grigsby-Hackett, Chief Executive Officer of Affiliated Sante Group, was celebrated with the Business Leadership Excellence Award at the CXO 2.0 Conference. Held from December 8–10, 2025, at the InterContinental DFC in Dubai, the conference convened senior executives, founders, policymakers, and thought leaders from across international business and social impact ecosystems. Michelle Grigsby-Hackett is a transformative leader with over 25 years in behavioral health. As the first African American woman CEO of a major nonprofit in Maryland and North Carolina, she has expanded access to care for underserved communities. A Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner, Michelle champions equitable, culturally responsive services.

She is an expert in executive coaching and nonprofit development, helping organizations grow sustainably and implement evidence-based practices. A passionate speaker and dedicated family woman, she actively serves her community through Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., promoting service and social change.
