Shuraa Group Hosts Annual Gala Following a Strong 2025
— Shuraa Group, a leading UAE-based business conglomerate, marked a successful 2025 at its Annual Gala Dinner held on 31 January 2026, bringing together leadership teams, partners, and industry stakeholders to reflect on a year of growth, expansion, and strengthened collaboration across the Group’s verticals.

A Year of Measurable Growth Across Verticals
During 2025, Shuraa Group served over 10,000 clients across its multiple verticals, with Shuraa Business Setup playing a central role in supporting entrepreneurs and companies across Dubai mainland and free zones. Over the year, the Group facilitated the formation of more than 5,000 companies across mainland and free zones and onboarded over 400 PRO services clients. Additionally, more than 350 Golden Visas were successfully processed, supporting long-term residency pathways for entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals.
Shuraa Tax & Auditing, the Group’s specialised taxation and compliance arm, also recorded significant milestones during the year. The team provided end-to-end assistance across VAT registration and compliance, statutory and regulatory audits, AML advisory, tax refunds, corporate tax implementation, and support with penalties and fines, helping clients meet statutory requirements while maintaining operational continuity.
International mobility and relocation advisory also remained an important focus area in 2025. Shuraa supported entrepreneurs, professionals, and business owners relocating to Dubai, assisting with residency planning, business structuring, and long-term establishment in the UAE, in line with the country’s growing appeal as a global business and lifestyle destination.
In addition to client services, Shuraa actively contributed to the UAE’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. In 2025, the Group hosted Co-Lab 2025 in partnership with Ajman Free Zone, bringing together over 200 entrepreneurs and industry professionals for discussions on the UAE’s entrepreneurial landscape. The Group also hosted the British Founders Network, a Dubai-based networking event created exclusively for British business owners and professionals.
Industry Recognition and Strategic Diversification
During the year, Shuraa was recognised by key free zone authorities for its performance and partnerships. The Group was named an IFZA Platinum Partner in 2025, with the award presented to Founder and Chairman Mr Saeed Khalifa Al Fuqaei and Managing Partner Mr Shahid Rather by IFZA Chairman Mr Martin Pedersen and senior IFZA representatives. Shuraa was also honoured as the Best Gross Selling Partner at the Ajman Free Zone Excellence Awards and recognised by Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) as a top-performing partner across all quarters of the year.
2025 also marked Shuraa Group’s entry into the healthcare and wellness sector with the launch of Amara Aesthetic Studio, a premium dermatology, dental, aesthetic, and wellness centre in Dubai, reflecting the Group’s diversification into new, high-growth industries.
