Located on the fourth floor of the newly redeveloped Terminal B, the expansive lounge features a variety of areas carved out for specific needs. At the center of the lounge is the main bar which is surrounded by both banquette and bar seating. Guests can request made-to-order and ready-to-eat food options by Joseph Leonard, cocktails and mocktails by renowned cocktail bar Apotheke, and coffee from the on-site barista from Joe Coffee Company.
Throughout the lounge, modern furnishings from Cappellini, Poliform, Moroso, DePadova, and more offer guests plenty of comfortable seating and tables. Artwork from the JPMorgan Chase Art Collection highlights the creativity and diversity of New York City.
Face Haus, a women-owned, open concept facial bar, staffs an on-site esthetician to provide a variety of skincare treatments in the dedicated wellness rooms, as well as complimentary Fly By Face Haus Skincare Travel Kits.
A retro-looking arcade room offers games and tunes to pass the time until boarding. In the family area, a nursing room is available for cardmembers traveling with babies and a playroom lets kids get their wiggles out before a long flight.
The most premium amenities are The Reserve Suites by Chase, which are private, ultra-luxurious rooms that only Chase Sapphire Reserve cardmembers can book. Wines curated by Parcelle, a New York City wine bar and retailer, and a signature caviar service are available alongside an exclusively designed menu by Jeffrey’s Grocery for guests to taste and enjoy. The ensuite bathroom and shower, stocked with luxury hair and bath products, are also handy should guests want to freshen up.
